These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the droneshow.store service ("Service"), provided by Individual Entrepreneur Oleksandr Zakora (identification number 300373370, registered with the LEPL National Agency of Public Registry in Georgia on 25 October 2023, legal address: Ts. Dadiani str N34, building 7, commercial space N10, Nadzaladevi district, Tbilisi, Georgia) - referred to in these Terms as "we", "us", or "our". By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.
droneshow.store is a web-based platform for previewing, reviewing, sharing, and approving drone-light-show animations. The Service provides tools for uploading show files, organizing them by project, sharing time-coded review links with clients, and collecting feedback. The Service is currently in alpha: it is provided as a working preview with no guarantee of uptime, performance, feature stability, or data durability beyond the minimum we describe in these Terms.
To use most features of the Service you must register an account by submitting your email address and accepting these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for:
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account. You may not create more than one account for the same person, and you may not transfer your account to another person.
When using the Service, you agree NOT to:
We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated this section.
You retain all ownership rights in the files, animations, comments, and other content you upload to or create with the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you and to the people you share it with via share links.
We do not claim ownership of Your Content. We will not publish, redistribute, sell, or use Your Content for any purpose outside operating the Service for you, unless you give us separate written permission.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload Your Content - including any music tracks, GPS coordinates, KML overlays, or other materials that may be subject to third-party rights.
The Service generates public, capability-based share links for projects (URLs of the form /p/<token>). Anyone with the link can view the corresponding project, leave time-coded comments, and remove the comments they themselves authored. You are responsible for distributing share links only to people you intend to give that access. Share links can be regenerated from your project settings; the old link stops working as soon as a new one is generated.
The Service is currently provided free of charge during the alpha. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers, per-account quotas, or other commercial terms in the future. We will give existing accounts at least 30 days' notice before any payment obligation is introduced, and you will be free to cancel before being charged.
During the alpha, each account has hard storage / project / animation quotas, configurable by us per account. The current values are shown on your account page; we may adjust them at any time as we tune capacity.
We aim for reasonable uptime but do not guarantee that the Service will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that data loss will never occur. We may modify features, change interfaces, or temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance. We strongly recommend you keep local copies of any work you cannot afford to lose.
You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete your account and all associated files, email us at contact@droneshow.store from the address registered on your account. We will complete the deletion within 30 days, except for audit-log records retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, fail to use the Service for an extended period, or if we discontinue the Service entirely. If we discontinue the Service we will give you at least 30 days' notice and a reasonable opportunity to export your data.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED EUROS (EUR 100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the mandatory law of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the EU Member State where you reside, and to invoke the mandatory consumer-protection laws of that Member State.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an email to the address registered on your account, and via a banner inside the application prompting you to review and re-accept on your next login. Continued use of the Service after acceptance constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
